Know Your Customers (KYC) compliance as required by RBI and under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007


Dear Sodexo Customer,

We refer to the Customer Service Agreement entered with you for issue of Sodexo Vouchers & Cards for the benefit of your employees & other beneficiaries.

Pursuant to the “Issuance and Operation of Pre-Paid Payment Instruments in India (Reserve Bank) Direction 2009” by Reserve Bank of India, which mandate compliance of KYC, you are required to do the following :

1. To provide information/ documents as stated in the attached KYC Form as a one time activity. Request you to intimate any change in the information provided in the attached form.

2. To maintain the details of the employees/ beneficiaries to whom the vouchers/ cards are issued.

For your convenience, we have attached herewith the KYC form. We request you to fill in the details and provide the certified copy of supporting documents as stated in the Form.
