How to redeem your Gift:

a. List of the Winners will be put on website www.sodexo.co.in on 5 January 2012, and users will have to log on to the website of Sodexo SVC India Private Limited (‘SSVC’) to check the list of winners.
b. Winners will have to send an E-mail with a scanned copy of the winning coupon to ask.in@sodexo.com and then the Bumper draw claim form will be sent to you after verifying the coupon and the winning number.
c. Once the Bumper draw claim form along with physical Coupon and delivery address of the winner is received by SSVC, the original winning ticket will be verified and then the prize will be  dispatched at the given delivery address.
d. The prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 21 days from the date of receiving the Bumper draw claim form. Prizes will be dispatched at the delivery address through speed post/ courier or any other mode as  SSVC may deem fit.
e. The delivery of the product (prizes) at the delivery address of the winner will construe the discharge of SSVC obligation against the winning claim.
f. In case the winner does not receive the gift after SSVC has properly delivered the same to the delivery address given by the winner, SSVC shall not be liable for the same and shall not be under any obligation to give the gift again or make any kind of payment in lieu thereof.
g. Product quality and warranties would be the responsibility of the manufacturer and all claims regarding the same should be addressed to the manufacturer.

1.  The Bumper Draw is valid only from 1 October 2011 to 6 February 2012
2. The Bumper Draw claims will be accepted only till 6 February 2012.
3.  STAR STRUCK - Bumper Draw is organized by SSVC and is open to all SSVC users aged 18 years and above except the employees and immediate family members of SSVC advertising agencies, their subsidiaries and associate companies, partners/sponsors and participating retailers in SSVC.
4.  The winner shall be determined from all the holders by a computerized process and the result shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
5.   This offer is being made on 'best effort' basis and participation is voluntary. Participation in this offer will be construed as an acceptance of the terms & conditions stipulated herein.
6.   In case SSVC is unable to contact the winner due to any reason or vice versa, the winner shall not be entitled to receive the prize. Thereafter, SSVC shall not be entitled to give the gift and will not make any further efforts to contact them.
7.   Prizes are neither exchangeable for cash, nor transferable and will be given to the winners who are able to satisfy the requirements for claiming the prize set out therein.
8.   SSVC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative prize of an equivalent value without prior notice to the winner.
9.   SSVC shall not be liable for prizes damaged or stolen during or after the course of collection and/or delivery of the prizes.
10. Winners will be solely responsible for any taxes or duties payable by them as a result of participation in this promotion or winning or using any prize. Winners should agree to indemnify and keep SSVC sufficiently indemnified against any failure to remit the tax payable to the relevant authorities.
11. Participants are fully responsible for any injuries, damages or claims resulting from their participation in this promotion and/or from redemption of the prizes. By accepting or collecting any prize the winner agrees to indemnify SSVC  and all its business partners and other parties related to this promotion, including their directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim, prosecution, judgment, damage, loss or liability incurred related to his/her participation in the promotion, or his/her acceptance or redemption or use of any prize. For the purpose of clarification, the prize will be deemed claimed when the winner(s) sign(s) an acknowledgement receipt of the prize.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event will SSVC or any of its officers, employees and / or agents be liable for any loss or damages (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or good will or indirect, incidental, consequential exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising whether in contract, or otherwise in connection with the promotion, even if SSVC. has been advised of the possibility of any such damages in advance and all such damages are expressly excluded.
13. SSVC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion at any time during the promotion period without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt cancellation, termination or suspension of the promotion, shall not entitle the participant to any claim or compensation against SSVC for any or all loss or damage suffered or costs and expenses incurred by the participant either directly and/or indirectly arising from or in connection with cancellation, termination or suspension of the offer.
14. SSVC reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from time to time without prior notice.
15. SSVC decisions on all matters relating to this promotion including the determination of the eligible participants are final, conclusive and binding and no further correspondences or attempt to dispute such decisions will be entertained.
16. SSVC shall not be liable for any default in respect of this promotion due to any act of GOD, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, flood, fire, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of SSVC .
17. The SSVC is free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any information details of this scheme to third parties without limitation. SSVC reserves the right to publish the photograph and/ or name of the winner in promotional materials and advertisements as it deems fit.
18. This promotion is subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
