Job Title: Senior Manager - Accounts (Male/Female)

Job Location:
Mumbai - Head Office

Age: 28-30 Years

Qualification: CA/ICWA/CA Inter/MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities:

To manage General Accounting
To ensure effective controls over cost center wise cost booking
To deliver MIS on timely basis
To improvise existing processes
To liaison with Internal and External Auditors. 

Personality: Smart, presentable with a pleasing personality.

Around 3 – 5 years of post qualification experience in a medium sized Indian or Multinational company.
Should have good experience in Accounting as per Indian Accounting Standard.
Reasonable knowledge of the Direct and Indirect taxes and its practical applicability.
Experience on Analysis and providing MIS.
Experience of dealing with Auditors.
Work experience in an ERP environment would be preferable.

Good knowledge of accounting skills including Accounting Standards
Reasonable knowledge of Income Tax
Analytic abilities to perform various analysis
Well versed with MS Office.

Experience: 3-4 years of Sales Experience


The candidate should be in the sales frontline, selling products / concepts / services to corporate organizations / institutions. Ideally from office automation, concept selling, B2B industries which requires interaction with senior managers of corporate organizations.

Skill Set:

Must possess excellent communication in written & spoken English.
Knowledge of mapping the prospective organization and building interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers.
Ability to make effective sales presentations by positioning our service vouchers based on the identified needs of the prospect.
Must be able to prepare customized proposals (knowledge of MS Office necessary) and handle negotiations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

This position involves extensive fieldwork on a daily basis. The person has to front-end meetings with key people of targeted corporate organizations to understand their systems, identify opportunities for introducing our service vouchers and submit customized proposals offering solutions.

After entering into contractual agreements with the clients he / she is responsible to regularly service and retain them.

To manage an assigned Key Accounts Portfolio by suspecting, prospecting, proposing, negotiating, finalizing and servicing.

To achieve sales, volume, revenue and profitability targets by converting prospective client organizations through effective relationship building with decision-makers.

To maintain relationship with clients to generate additional business through lead generation, client synergies, group companies etc & introduce other service voucher applications of the company.

To ensure regular order placements by clients contracted and retaining them by servicing them to their expectations.

Compensation: Negotiable

Structure: Base Pay + Variable Pay + Conveyance + Mobile
