Diversity and Inclusion: our areas of focus

Through partnerships, awareness and development initiatives such as mentoring and employee networks, we foster a culture that embraces differences and celebrates unique talents. The success of a society lies in the success of all its members. Helping the disabled to overcome their shortcomings and live a normal life is the responsibility of the able-bodied. We at Sodexo undertake programs to train the speech and hearing impaired and help them discover their capabilities. The objective is to empower participants to gain employment with Sodexo. The trainings are conducted at Sodexo India’s Centre for Learning and Development, where they are developed with support from local non-governmental organizations. The program teaches basic skills such as etiquette, grooming, appropriate workplace behaviours and customer care. Please see the appendices for two releases on this topic.
